I admit, I am a bit late to a party as far as Mike Lambo’s solitaire designs are concerned 🙂 But I am catching up and doing it pretty quickly! And as this is an extremely nice and pleasant process, this of course comes to me with an ease!

Why you may ask? Because for a ridiculously low price you are getting some fantastic solitaire designs, highly replayable, without ambiguities, in nice graphical format which is also challenging and fun to play!

What do I have on the radar today? The Fields of Normandy 2! This game is set in Normandy, France in 1944 and reflects loosely the conditions and situations faced by the US VIII Corps of the United States Army as it pushed inland as part of Operation Cobra.

In the game, you will be controlling small groups of soldiers from a platoon, consisting of three Rifle Squads, a Machine Gun Team, a Bazooka Team and a Mortar Team. As the platoon Lieutenant, it is your job to command these squads and teams in order to clear the German defensive positions.
