Last Hundred Yards is a tactical combat system, set during the World War II, designed by Mike Denson and published by GMT Games. it has some very unique solutions, like initiative, time lapses or reactions.

I somehow missed it when it was first published but decided to get a copy once second edition was released. And after initial look at the rules and beautiful game components (those maps!) I do not regret the decision.
