I love playing COIN games, you can see this easily by the number of articles on my blog. Today I am continuing set of materials for the newest title in the series – People Power: Insurgency in the Philippines, 1981-1986. We already looked at its beautiful components (Unboxing).

Today we shall focus on the game mechanics, maps, its main factions (Government, New People’s Army and Reformers) with detailed description of Operations and Special Activities. But we shall not stop on the theory! We will bring this to use by simply playing the game – for sure the first, full round with Election card, but maybe even longer.
